Entries are accepted at any time but always on a “first come first served” basis so don’t delay applying - our popularity precedes us !!

 

Entry Fees :  [ 1 Team - £25 ]  [ 2 Teams  - £45 ]  [ 3 Teams - £60 ] - (All Non Refundable)

 

Age Group Qualification Age groups will be from the 2007-8 season, for example if you’ve been playing U11 football between Sep 2007 and May 2008, then you’ll be eligible to play in the U11 Tournament.

 

Structure, Medals & Trophies  The tournaments will consist of a group stage with the highest placed teams going into a semi final and final knock out competition.  The players in the teams who reach the final of the competitions will receive medals/trophies.  The FESTIVALS for U7’s & U8’s) will consist of a series of friendly matches, where no results are recorded, and all players in the festivals will receive a memento.

 

Kick Offs & Registration  Morning events will kick of at 09.00 with registration by 08.30,  Afternoon events will kick off at 14.00 with registration by 13.30

 

No. Matches & Duration - TOURNAMENTS are programmed to provide a minimum of 5 matches for each team and depending on numbers of entrants the competition will last between 2½ to 3½ hours.   Festivals are programmed to provide at least 6 games per team, and we expect these to last around 3 hrs.

 

Squads & Playing Format  

U7 to U13  - All teams can have a maximum of 9 players and games will be a 6-A-Side format

U14 & U15 - All teams can have a maximum of 8 players and games will be a 5-A-Side format

BBQ, Tea Shop, Ice Creams, Toilets (full disabled access/facilities)

Dogs

Are welcome so long as they are kept on a lead and the owner(s) clear up anything their pet should leave behind !
